In this section we will discuss what i have learned over my several years of training CDL drivers.... What we do as trainers is crucially important to our industry... We are actually responsible , in part fort many professional drivers on the road, and what we ,give them in the short time that we work with these new drivers is going to be a direct result of what we taught these drivers... Some of us where trained ourselves by (Not so Knowledgeable trainers) when we were new drivers.... so what you learned is what that trainer knew at the time.... In short this makes a real problem on the training side of our business, so this site is designed to give us all some structure... We all will now be able to use an A to Z method of how we get the critically important information- rules-tips and tricks, to these new drivers.. the same way every time, without missing anything for every trainee.... Also you'll be leaving them with this resource for future questions and answers, so that these new drivers can be armed with everything they need to be successful as a professional CDL driver...
